Brass elbow 90 degrees 2-fold external thread

The 90 degree elbow fitting made of bare brass with double external thread is made of high-quality brass CW61N, which can be used for drinking water pipes.
In order to be able to connect fittings or pipes with identical external threads at an angle of 90 degrees, 90 degree elbows made of brass are used. The brass elbow has an internal thread on both sides. The brass elbow can be used for cold water and hot water. The maximum working pressure is PN 16 bar at 20° medium water. The size specification and the manufacturer's logo are located on the outside of the brass body.

Brass elbows are manufactured according to the ISO 228-1 BSP Whitworth thread G-type (gas thread) standard. The cross with the inch - or why 1" is not 25.4mm

Just like plastic fittings, metal threads can be sealed with PTFE (Teflon) thread sealing tape or thread sealing thread, but unlike plastic fittings, they can also be sealed with swelling sealing material such as hemp or flax in combination with thread sealing paste.
