The ball of the Unidelta valves is easily accessible for inspection purposes. This is a great advantage, as any deposits that have accumulated during use can be easily removed. With a threaded safety block, the pressure is not transferred to the ball and smooth operation is maintained. The flow direction of the medium to be passed through is also no longer important, as the threaded safety block prevents it from being pushed out by the water pressure.
1. loosen the union nut. This will reveal the internal toothing. Then remove the handle from the control rod. Note that the toothing for the 20-25-32mm valves is located in the upper part (1A) and for the 40-50-63mm valves in the lower part (1B).
2. insert the toothing of the handle inside the toothing of the ball seal holder. To release, turn the inserted handle clockwise (2A + 2B).
3. remove the ball seal holder to allow access to the ball (3A + 3B).
